Login Fails

Email not recognized

Symptom: "No account found with this email"

Solution:

• Check email spelling (case sensitivity)

• Try different email address

• If forgotten: Create new account

Wrong password

Symptom: "Invalid password"

Solution:

• Use password reset

• Click "Forgot Password" on login page

• Email with reset link arrives within 5 minutes

• If not: Check spam folder

Email Verification

Verification email not received

Solution:

• Check spam folder

• Wait 5-10 minutes

• Email address entered correctly?

• Request new verification email

Verification link expired

Symptom: "Token expired"

Solution:

• Links are valid for 24 hours
• Request new verification email
• Click immediately after receipt

Account Locked

Too many login attempts

Symptom: "Too many login attempts"

Solution:

• Wait 15 minutes
• Try again
• If problem persists: Contact support

Session Issues

Automatically logged out

Cause: Session expired

Solution:

• Sessions are valid for 7 days
• Log in again
• Enable "Remember me" for longer session

Login loop

Symptom: After login redirected back to login page

Solution:

• Clear browser cache

• Enable cookies

• Disable private/incognito mode

• Try different browser

Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA code not received

Solution:

• Check authenticator app (Google Auth, Authy)

• Code is valid for 30 seconds

• Wait for new code

• If lost: Use recovery codes

Disable MFA

Prerequisite: Must be logged in

Steps:

• Settings → Security

• Two-Factor Authentication → Disable

• Confirm with password

Restore Account Access

Forgot password

• Login page → "Forgot Password"

• Enter email

• Click reset link in email

• Set new password

Forgot email address

Solution:

• Try all possible email addresses
• After successful login: Change email in Settings
