Stayoa works in your phone's browser without anything to install — and if you want it to feel like a real app, you can add it to your home screen in a few seconds.
Install to Your Home Screen
There is no separate download from an app store. Stayoa is installed straight from your mobile browser: your phone saves it as its own app with its own icon, and it opens full-screen without a browser address bar.
Open Stayoa on your phone
Sign in to your dashboard in your mobile browser as usual.
Add it to your home screen
- iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen
- Android (Chrome): open the browser menu, then Install app or Add to Home Screen
Some browsers also show an install prompt on their own after you have used Stayoa a few times.
Open it from your home screen
The Stayoa icon now sits next to your other apps. Tapping it opens the dashboard directly, full-screen.
The installed version is your normal Stayoa dashboard — same login, same bookings, same settings. Nothing is stored separately on the phone, so anything you change on mobile shows up on your computer and the other way round.
Once installed, pressing and holding the Stayoa icon offers direct shortcuts into your Dashboard and your Bookings, so you can skip a tap when you just want to check today's arrivals.
Mobile Navigation
On a phone, the sidebar is replaced by a bar at the bottom of the screen. It holds the four things you reach for most:
- Open Items — your starting screen: what needs your attention today, with a counter showing how many items are open
- Messages — guest conversations
- Calendar — availability and bookings across your properties
- More — opens a sheet with the rest of the dashboard
Behind "More"
Tapping More slides up a panel with the remaining sections:
- Bookings — all bookings, with filters and details
- Guests — your guest database
- Payments — payments and payouts
- Properties — your accommodations and their settings
- Insights — analytics and recommendations
- Team — team members and their access (only shown to account admins)
- Settings — account, workspace and billing settings
The panel also shows your current Autopilot status at the bottom, including how many actions it has taken today, and takes you straight to its settings.
Good to Know
- Portrait first — the mobile layout is designed for holding your phone upright
- Works on tablets too — larger screens keep the full dashboard layout instead of the bottom bar
- Uninstalling — remove the icon from your home screen like any other app; your account and data are untouched
- Stays current — because it is the web dashboard, you always get the latest version without updating anything manually
