Receive payments directly via Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect allows you to receive payments directly from guests without Stayoa handling the funds.
Before setup, you need:
The support contact appears on Stripe statements and is for guest inquiries.
Go to Settings → Payments
Click Set up Stripe Connect
You will be redirected to Stripe
On Stripe:
Enter business information
Connect bank account
Verify identity
Provide tax information
After completion:
Guest books: Property page → "Book Now"
Payment: Stripe Checkout opens
Processing: Payment goes directly to your Stripe account
Confirmation: Booking is confirmed, emails sent
Payout: Automatically to your bank account
Important: Funds go directly to your Stripe account, not through Stayoa.

Refunds are charged from your Stripe account:
Go to Bookings → Select booking
Click Cancel Booking
System calculates refund according to cancellation policy
Stripe automatically refunds
Amount is charged from your account
Processing time: 5-10 business days until guest receives money.
Access your Stripe Express Dashboard:
Settings → Payments
Click Open Dashboard
Login link is generated
You will be redirected to Stripe Dashboard
In the dashboard you can see:
Automatic:
Configuration:
Cause: Support contact missing
Solution:
Go to Settings → Organization
Fill in Support Email and Phone
Save
Start Stripe setup again
Cause: Status not "Active"
