The Reports section provides detailed analyses for accounting, tax and operational analysis.
Opening Reports
Reports is no longer a page of its own. Click "Insights" in the sidebar, then open the Reports tab.
Available Reports
Booking Report
All bookings in the selected period with:
- Guest, property, date, nights
- Price breakdown (base price, fees, discounts)
- Payment status
Export as CSV or PDF for accounting software.
Revenue Report
Monthly revenue by property with trends and year-over-year comparison.
Occupancy Report
Occupancy rate per property and period — useful for price optimization and seasonal planning.
Tax / Tourist Tax Report
Overview of accrued tourist taxes and levies — directly importable for accounting.
Guest Report
Anonymized guest statistics: countries of origin, length of stay, rebooking rate.
Select Period
Choose start and end date for the desired report period. Presets: current month, last month, last quarter.
Export
Every report can be exported in two formats:
- CSV — compatible with Excel, Google Sheets and common accounting programs
- PDF — a formatted document with your property name and the report period, ready to hand over or file
Pick the format when you start the export; the download starts automatically.
Export the tax report quarterly for easy handover to your tax advisor.
