Reports

The Reports section provides detailed analyses for accounting, tax and operational analysis.

Opening Reports

Reports is no longer a page of its own. Click "Insights" in the sidebar, then open the Reports tab.

Available Reports

Booking Report

All bookings in the selected period, with:

• Status breakdown (confirmed / pending / cancelled) and cancellation rate
• Average lead time, average nights and guests per booking, repeat-guest rate
• A recent-bookings list (guest, property, dates, nights, amount, status)

Export as CSV or PDF for accounting software.

Revenue Report

Revenue by property, grouped by day, week or month, with trend charts and a comparison to the previous period or the same period last year.

Occupancy Report

Occupancy rate per property and period — useful for price optimization and seasonal planning.

Tax / Tourist Tax Report

Overview of accrued VAT and tourist tax — directly importable for accounting.

Guest Report

Guest statistics for the selected period: unique/new/returning guests, average spend, stay length and lead time, plus a top 10 guests by revenue table. Guest names and emails are shown as-is — this report is not anonymized.

Select Period

Choose start and end date for the desired report period. Presets: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, year to date, or a custom range.

Export

Every report can be exported in two formats:

• CSV — compatible with Excel, Google Sheets and common accounting programs
• PDF — a formatted document with your property name and the report period, ready to hand over or file

Pick the format when you start the export; the download starts automatically.
