Property Tabs

Each property has 8 tabs for different configuration areas:

1. General

Basic property information:

Address & Location:

• Full address
• Postal code
• Geo coordinates (Latitude/Longitude)

Property Details:

• Max. guests
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Number of beds

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in time (e.g., 15:00)
• Check-out time (e.g., 10:00)

House Rules:

• Define house rules (e.g., "No smoking")
• Multiple rules possible
• Displayed to guests

Nearby Places:

• Points of interest nearby
• Name, distance, type (Restaurant, Museum, etc.)
• Displayed on Property Page

External Reviews:

• Include reviews from other platforms
• Reviewer name, rating, comment, source

2. Pricing

Price configuration:

Base Pricing:

• Price per night
• Currency (CHF, EUR, USD)
• Min. nights

Weekend Pricing:

• Friday multiplier (e.g., 1.2)
• Saturday multiplier (e.g., 1.3)

Seasonal Pricing:

• Period-based prices
• Start/end date
• Price per night for this period
• Min. nights override

Discounts:

• Weekly Discount (from 7 nights)
• Monthly Discount (from 28 nights)

Fees:

• Cleaning Fee (one-time)
• Security Deposit (Stripe Hold)
• Additional Guest Fee (per person)
• Tourist Tax (per guest/night)

3. Images

Media Management:

Upload:

• Drag & Drop or File Browser
• Supported: JPG, PNG, WebP
• Recommended: Min. 1920x1080px

Gallery:

• Display images
• Set Primary Image (first image)
• Delete images
• Drag & Drop sorting

Categorization (Optional):

• Categories: Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Exterior, etc.
• Helps with organization

4. Design

Custom design for your booking page:

Colors: Primary, Secondary, Accent, Background Typography: Font Family, Sizes, Weights Buttons: Style, Border Radius, Padding Layout: Container Width, Spacing Branding: Logo, Favicon, Hero Image CTA: Label and optional link Live Preview: See changes immediately

5. Domain

Domain Management:

Subdomain (Standard):

• Automatically: {slug}.stayoa.app
• Always available

Custom Domain:

• Connect your own domain
• CNAME Record: cname.vercel-dns.com
• Status: Pending → Active
• Set primary domain

Verification:

• Automatic verification
• DNS propagation: 1-24 hours
• Error handling for DNS issues

6. Calendar

Calendar & Availability:

Calendar View:

• Month, Week, Year views
• Color coding:
  • Green: Available
  • Red: Booked
  • Yellow: Blocked (manual)
  • Gray: External booking (iCal)

Manual Blocks:

• Block time period
• Specify reason (optional)
• Delete block

iCal Sync:

• Import from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO
• Export for external platforms
• Automatic sync (30-60 min)
• Manual sync available anytime

7. Rules

Booking rules:

Cancellation Policy:

• Flexible: 100% Refund until 24h before check-in
• Moderate: 50% Refund until 5 days before check-in
• Strict: No refunds
• Custom: Define your own rules

Instant Booking:

• On/Off
• Guests can book immediately without host approval

Min/Max Nights:

• Minimum stay duration

• New slug required
