Dashboard Overview

Understand the dashboard and its main areas

The Stayoa Dashboard manages properties, bookings, analytics, and settings.

The dashboard is divided into 5 main areas:

Properties

  • Overview of all accommodations
  • Create and edit properties
  • 8 tabs per property: General, Pricing, Images, Design, Domain, Calendar, Rules, SEO
  • Status Management (Draft, Published, Archived)

Bookings

  • Overview of all bookings
  • Status filter: Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled
  • Booking details with guest information
  • Payment status tracking

Analytics

  • Custom Analytics (Privacy-first)
  • Page Views & Unique Visitors
  • Conversion Rate Tracking
  • Traffic Sources & Device Stats
  • 90 days data retention

Reports

  • Revenue Report (Monthly trends)
  • Booking Report
  • Occupancy Report (Utilization)
  • Tax Report (Tourist tax)
  • CSV export for all reports

Settings

  • Account settings
  • Team Management
  • Notifications
  • Billing & Subscription
  • Stripe Connect

Dashboard Layout

Property Switcher

When you have multiple properties:

  1. Click on the Property name in the header
  2. Select another property from the list
  3. Dashboard now shows data for the selected property

Scope:

  • Analytics: Property-specific
  • Bookings: Property-specific
  • Reports: Property-specific or Global (selectable)

Status Indicators

Property Status

  • Published: Live and bookable
  • Draft: In progress, not visible
  • Archived: Not active

Booking Status

  • Pending: Waiting for payment
  • Confirmed: Payment successful
  • Cancelled: Cancelled
  • Payment Failed: Payment failed

Payment Status

  • Processing: In progress
  • Succeeded: Successful
  • Failed: Failed
  • Refunded: Refunded

Quick Actions

Properties:

  • New Property Button
  • Preview Button
  • Edit Button

Bookings:

  • Status filter
  • Search by guest name or email
  • CSV export

Analytics:

  • Select time period (7d, 30d, 90d)
  • Property filter

Mobile Navigation

On Mobile (< 768px):

  • Sidebar becomes Bottom Navigation
  • Property Switcher in hamburger menu
  • Cards stack vertically
  • Tables become scrollable

Loading States

  • Skeleton loaders while data loads
  • Spinner for actions
  • Progress bars for uploads

Error Handling

Toast Notifications

  • Success: 3 seconds
  • Warning: 5 seconds
  • Error: 7 seconds
  • Info: 4 seconds

Error Pages

  • 404: Not Found
  • 403: Forbidden
  • 500: Server Error

Permissions

Depending on your role, you see different functions:

Team Management

Add team members under Settings → Team and assign properties.
