The Calendar is the availability view for your accommodations. It shows one property's full calendar at a time, with a switcher to move between them.
Switching Properties
If you manage more than one accommodation, a dropdown above the calendar lets you switch. With a single property, the dropdown is hidden and the calendar opens directly.
When you open the Calendar without choosing anything, the first accommodation you have access to is shown.
There is no combined "all properties" grid. Every view belongs to exactly one accommodation, so occupancy and revenue figures on the page always refer to that one property.
Navigating
Month navigation: The arrows on either side of the month name step backwards and forwards one month at a time. Today jumps back to the current month.
Two views:
- Month: The classic grid, one cell per day
- Agenda: A chronological list of bookings, earliest check-in first
What the Calendar Shows
Bookings
Booked days are marked in colour, with the guest's first name on the check-in day. Colours follow the booking status:
- Confirmed: The stay is paid and locked in
- Pending: The booking is not confirmed yet
Click any booked day to open a summary of that booking.

Blocked Dates
Blocked days are shown with a striped background and a lock icon. If a reason was given, it appears on the day.
Blocks come from two places:
- Manual: You blocked the dates yourself, for example for maintenance or personal use
- Imported: The dates came in through a synced external calendar
Free Days
Days with neither a booking nor a block show your base price per night, so you can see at a glance what an open date is currently priced at.
Today
The current day is outlined so you never lose your place when scrolling through months.
A legend below the grid explains all markings.
Blocking Dates
Select a Range
Choose the start and end date of the period you want to block.
Add a Reason
Optional, but useful — the reason is shown on the blocked days and in the block list.
Create
The dates are blocked immediately and no longer bookable by guests.
You can edit or delete a block you created yourself at any time. Blocks that came in through an external calendar cannot be edited here — they are controlled by the source calendar.
The Side Panel
Month Overview
- Occupancy: Occupancy rate for the displayed month
- Revenue: Revenue for the displayed month
- Base price per night: The current base price of this accommodation
Calendar Sync
Add the calendar links of other platforms so their bookings appear here as blocked dates, and copy your Stayoa calendar link to hand it to those platforms in return. Sync now fetches the connected calendars immediately instead of waiting for the automatic sync.

Active Blocks
A list of all current blocks with their period and origin. Click a block you created yourself to edit or remove it. Longer lists are paginated.
Price Suggestions
If Stayoa has prepared a price recommendation for this accommodation, it appears as a dashed marker on open days. Click it to see the reasoning and decide whether to apply it.
Nothing changes until you accept the suggestion.
