Stayoa has three plans. You pay a monthly subscription for the platform — booking payments from your guests go directly to you, Stayoa takes no commission on them.

Settings → Billing & Plan shows your current plan, how many properties and team members you are using against your limit, and a checklist of which features are unlocked for you.
Starter
CHF 19 / month — perfect for getting started
For a single accommodation. You get your own booking page on a stayoa.app subdomain, calendar sync with other platforms via iCal, direct guest payments, and a guest list that keeps a record of everyone who has stayed with you.
Best for: one holiday apartment, chalet or guest house you rent out yourself.
Pro
CHF 39 / month — for professional hosts
Everything in Starter, for up to five properties and five team members, plus the tools that help you get more direct bookings:
- Custom domain: Run your booking pages on your own domain instead of the subdomain
- Analytics: See where visitors come from, how they move through your page and where they drop off
- Advanced SEO: More control over how your pages appear in search results

Choosing and changing
You can move between plans at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan → Change plan. Upgrades take effect right away, downgrades at the end of your current billing period. The details are in Upgrading & Downgrading.
Start with the number of properties: one property is Starter, up to five is Pro, more than five is Scale. If you need a custom domain, analytics or the AI features for a single property, Pro is the entry point regardless of how many properties you have.
